![]() ![]() Public Storage should be embarrassed of the state of this facility. The current manager is trying to do what she can, but the corporate office has effectively abandoned the facility, other than of course collecting rent every month. ![]() The previous manager did nothing to address. We have complained many times about the state of the facility to include torn up fences, nails in the driveways, broken fire extinguisher enclosures and missing fire extinguishers, blown out lights, leaking of oil and fluids from one unit into ours, foul smells, and other issues. the facility was going down hill long before that. No one from corporate or the district office will help her out. The on sight manager has tried very hard to get corporate to step up security, give the local Sheriff/Constable access at any time for patrolling, etc. In the past month (Dec 2021 - Jan 2022) there have been 5 major break-ins that have resulted in pretty substantial loss to the tenants, never mind the damage to the facility. So to say we are familiar is an understatement. At present we have a total of 5 units in this facilit圓 in my name, 2 in my wife’s. Over the past year things have really gone down hill. ![]() For years this property has been maintained and run very well. I have been a tenant of this property on and off since public storage purchased it and even before then. ![]()
